By the time you reach mid- to senior level successfully in the organization, your skills, qualifications, talent, track record, are considered as base line requirements for the job; they are essentials to help you keep your job but are not enough if you aspire to grow further.
One of the key requirements for success in organizational growth is to develop and nurture a mentor, or preferably a panel of mentors – who will support your career..
These mentors can be formally appointed by the organization for you; OR BETTER STILL, YOU can develop your own mentor or mentors, informally!!
