Today, I’d like to focus briefly on a topic that nearly every team leader or group coach wants answers to.. and that is how do I motivate my team.
This could be your project team, if you’re a team leader, or a fitness group if you’re a group fitness coach.
A short answer is that there is NO magic answer or one size fits all formula…however, research points to some very helpful strategies that you can do and these go beyond giving a pep talk once a year or doing team building interventions..
