Most of us are hesitant to talk openly about the value of Friendships at Work!!  The first thing that comes to mind is something that crosses an ethical boundary.. but while such exceptions are there, the majority of our friendships at work have a unique contribution and role in our work journeys.

Anand Kartikeyan, an executive coach and management consultant, talks about the impact that workplace friendships have had in his career; and, he also talks about the challenges that can arise and how to deal with them.

Given the social isolation that so many of us could be experiencing during this Covid time, this episode is a great reminder to invest in something that can be a lifelong investment!!

Please listen and share with your own friends and friends at Work!!
