Our focus in today’s conversation is to understand how the way we interact with our child or children – right from the day they are born – dramatically impacts the way they learn to interact in their adult relationships. Now all of us as parents have the best of intentions for our children, but the impact on them may be very different.
So, let’s take a few minutes to do a quick self-check… and no matter what we’ve done so far, we can make changes to become much more effective parents. And, I build this conversation based on the experiences I’ve had growing up and realizing how it’s impacted me in my adult life, research from psychology, my journey as a client with my own counselor, and my work as a coach and counselor working with parents.
As parents, this is a must listen for us!!
