Most of us as leaders are happy to identify with the fact that we’re problem solvers!!
That’s what YOU and I do and our success and growth comes from the fact that we’re good at it.
However, as you grow up the ladder, there is something else that becomes as relevant – if not more important than problem-solving skills – and that is managing emotions.
Well, The focus in our conversation today is to talk about understanding emotions in inter-personal interactions, especially in our teams, and to suggest better ways to deal with different situations – so that you’re able to handle it with emotional sensitivity and emotional maturity.
