Reflection …. is a way of learning from the events within our own lives. You see, unless we learn from what happens in our life through the process of reflection, we’re just repeating the year one of our work experience into 15 or 20 or whatever. It’s only if each day, month, year is filled with gaining new insights and understanding, then only, the number of years of experience have value. Else, it’s just a number.
So, Reflection or Critical reflection (I’m using the terms synonymously today) allows You – the leader and your executive coach – to learn together through a conversation….
