The supervision process is a learning relationship; in this process, the supervisee learns from the supervisor. While the specific context for the use of the term and process of supervision is usually coaching supervision or counseling supervision, one can apply the process to leadership. Therefore in all three application areas – whether you are an executive coach, life coach, counselor or even a leader, you can work with an appropriate supervisor who will be your teacher, sounding board, supporter, partner and so much more!
Our conversation in this episode focuses on how you as the supervisee can get the best out of your supervisor. You can be a coach, counselor or even a leader who works with trained coaching supervisor to support your interaction with your client or direct report.
