Our guest today HARSH JOHARI, is an ex-Merchant Navy Captain and an ex-Investment Banker; who has made a successful career transition to the financial services sector after working for about 15 years in the shipping industry.

His last corporate role was Senior Vice President (Operations) at Goldman Sachs. He recently made another successful transition as an Executive Coach and Leadership Training Consultant, after working for close to 9 years with the bank.

In this episode, he shares his wisdom on how to make career transitions successfully, his own experiences and challenges while transitioning, how to build a personal leadership brand and a successful career.
