A COACHING approach for a 1on1 Review: The 7 Questions!


Many team leaders or managers are now expected to COACH their team members.  However, leaders may sometimes be at a loss as to how exactly to incorporate a coaching style in their day-to-day interactions. The one-on-one operations review is an integral part of every leader’s day and it is an excellent opportunity to apply a coaching style.

This episode talks about 7 questions that leaders at all levels can integrate into their review conversations OR use the 7 questions as a review protocol.
