Many of our clients (or us) battle with negative self-talk such as I’m not good enough or not smart; or I’m ugly, fat, stupid, or not worthy of love; I’m not complete, not clean… These beliefs that there is something wrong with me – with who I am as a person, is called SHAME.
As coaches or leaders, many of us work with clients / stakeholders as they struggle through these beliefs.. the way they see themselves! Therefore, It’s important for us to understand what SHAME is and how we can support our clients to reprogram these beliefs and minimise the limiting impact it can have. As human beings, you and I might also struggle from these beliefs and so, this episode can bring deep healing for us too!
