Stress! we all know it, experience it, complain about it.. but how many of us really know what happens inside our body when we undergo chronic stress?
Chronic stress is living under stress that is extended over an ongoing period of time. In this episode, we’ll understand a bit more about what happens within our body, the impact it has and most importantly, some easy ways to start managing stress so that this negative impact inside our body is minimized.
This episode is critical so that as coaches, leaders, influencers for our family and friends, we can support those we care about to deal with stress effectively. Needless to state, we must start with ourselves first!
