Each time we plan… or start …to make a significant change in our life, there are four obstacles that we come up against. These obstacles, which are essentially in our minds, can sabotage the change process or can severely limit what we can achieve, or ruin the journey even as we start it. These four obstacles are summed up in the acronym FEAR
In today’s episode, we’ll understand these four obstacles and look at ways to overcome them. And, if you’re struggling with any of these four blocks right now then my intent is that you’ll find the inspiration and energy to unblock them and move ahead!!
